Downtime alert.

We have no limits for background tasks count.
Today we have big amount of background tasks - more then 1.5 M

Unfortunately, the database was not ready to handle such a number of tasks.

All the background tasks is cleared.
To prevent such situations, daily limits on the number of background tasks will be introduced.

BJS is very flexible. Limits were provided only for iteration and for execution time. Unfortunately, now you have to enter other limits, as a bad code in one bot can "put" the whole service.

We have downtime with database - so BB.Cloud also have downtime

There is a problem in calculating the number of bot users he's not send a correct number

Bot Stat is recalculated once at 12 hours for performance reason.


We have above 20-30% to bot speed with this case now.

We have fix for downtime now.

Seems main issue now - it is performance and timeout errors.

Why we have this?
- massive getProperty function. It spent 1-5 seconds for getting.
- BJS runtime have no power to handle such many slowly command
- big count of background tasks (so we have bot clone issues and etc)
