👍 5 sended message on Mass Broadcassting (MB) cost only 1 iteration now.

Old cost is 1 MB message = 1 iteration.

Example. You have bot with 1000 chats.

You make mass broadcast for this chats with Bot.sendMessageToAllChats function.

Mass Brodcasting will be cost 200 iterations now.

Old cost was 1000 iterations.

Example 2 You have bot with 1000 chats.
900 chats is blocked chats, 100 chats is live

You make mass broadcast for this chats with Bot.sendMessageToAllChats function.

Mass Brodcasting will be cost 100 / 5 = 20 iterations only.
Message is sended only to live chats.

- support severals panels with titles and differents fields

How we can use Admin Panels (in progress):
- making options for saving any api keys, secure and unsecure data
- can run any BJS logic from panel. For example: it will be possible create text field with button "Send this message to all chats" on app.
- make any quick statistic and information. Bot dashboards and etc
