Today the service was unavailable for about 40 minutes due to an error during internal technical work.

While improving our monitoring system, one of the scripts incorrectly modified database settings, which caused the service to temporarily stop working.

We quickly identified the issue and restored operations without any data loss — no backup recovery was required.
After the incident, we strengthened our processes: added additional checks, restricted access for technical scripts, and updated our database handling procedures.
