Now, new users can begin using bots without being shown an ad right away.

🚀 Bots Should Be Fast — Especially on /start

When a user launches your bot, they expect an instant response. A slow reply to the /start command leads to a poor user experience and decreased engagement.

We've noticed that many bots handle /start incorrectly — especially by making slow HTTP requests directly in the main execution flow.

🔧 Starting now, all Http.xxx requests inside the /start command will automatically run in the background, even if you forget to set background: true.

This change helps protect users from slow bots and saves bot creators from unintentional mistakes.

Build fast bots. First impressions matter.

You don't need to use Google App Lib in contest.
