Why we need this?
- We can render any user's data now without bot message to this user.
- It is needed for WebApp with dynamic - we can read&update data now with AJAX from web page

What is difference between WebApp and Webhook?

Webhook can have WebApp.render method now.
So it is become very similar for WebApp now.

Main difference it is:
WebApp used for static content. Can be shared.
Webhook it is for dynamic content. It is have secret token so user must keep this secret.

So it is good practice:
- WebApp is used for static html, web javascripts
- webhooks used for json response (API requests)

@BBWebhookBot have new example 4 now:

- web page post balance to bot

It is simple example how to transfer data between bot and web.

Seems Telegram have speed degradation now. And we also have it now.

Failed to open TCP connection - it is mean BB Api can't connect with Telegram because it is not answering.

We suspect that the issue may be related to Telegram throttling IP addresses from which mass messages are sent.

This could negatively affect not only the speed of the mass broadcasting themselves but also the sending of regular messages through all of our bots.

To test this and understand the extent of its impact on the bots' overall performance, we have temporarily disabled all broadcasting tasks. This temporary measure will allow us to conduct testing and analyze the situation.

Also Instant Ad broadcasting on AdHub is also disabled now.

After 24 hours disabled broadcasting slowly requests reduced to approx 100%.

This is more good then yesterday but still is not same as before.

So big mass broadcasting is not good for bot speeds - Telegram slowly such bots by bot token or IP address.

Broadcasting is still disabled - need good speed restoring.

After 30 hours we have good speed and slowly requests reduced to normal value as before

Broadcasting Tasks enabled on slowly speed now.

Speed is 20%
