I read Enoch for the first time a week ago then had to read it again. What Enoch saw and described, matching Daniel and Revelation, is so vivid in my imagination, scriptures and psalms are more alive than they were before... especially singing and worshipping God. Knowing that these writings were preserved and handed down so we could understand is astounding. I think this text is rejected because it shows and sets the example for us of how Enoch, as well as his forefathers and descendents loved and feared their Creator. This is a detailed record of what it means to be found righteous before God.
