Unpopular opinion the "dark pools" are a good thing. People just don't understand them. OTC transactions are positive for the crypto space. OTC does run out that's why every month when they release more XRP to the market you see whale alerts then it dies off during the month. They actually stop the price from dropping significantly when there is a new release of tokens like it would without OTC transactions.
