The pipelines into the military are worse. My old swivel chair patrol squadron is now like 70% jeet. This is very recent. It was 90% white when I joined. It was still 60% white when I left. I visited last year. It was like New Dehli in ABUs. Nobody does anything outside of weekly meetings. No emergency services. No drill team. No flight school. No training school attendance. No community events. No airshow security.

The attitudes are informal and rude. The only cadet that was kicked out was done so for being "racist and sexist" over spicy meme chatter with other cadets.

When I was a kid it was still a serious program with customs & courtesies, everyone wanted to promote and gain leadership experience and your blues had to be sharp, shined and tight. Everyone wanted to go try out different adventures. Your rack could be flipped over at encampment if it wasn't to spec. Everyone wanted to go to Pararescueman Orientation Course, Combat Control Orientation Course and get C/2nd Lt so they could enlist with advanced rank once they were in the Air Force proper. Knife hands and pushups for being a fuckup still existed. Occasional fisty cuffs behind a hangar to deal with insubordination was overlooked or only received a written letter saying not to do that again. Woodline wrestling matches were a feature of any large garhering of squadrons.

Now its rainbow flags, sensitivity training, "please don't statutorily rape the 17 y/o cadets" training for seniors and nothing interesting going on.

Oh and we all made holocaust jokes and never got in trouble

It appears there has been at least one arrest made due to a Snapchat joke made in a private “story” that only had a couple of possible viewers. The joke was not wise, It was about harming an annoying person. But entirely not going to happen. Something like “I feel like smacking this kid”.

The 2600 is speculating that AI software used to detected illicit activity on platforms is scanning all content on platforms, even private messages.

In the before AI era, unless a private message was flagged / reported by a recipient, it was likely to never be seen. With AI, that is changing.

Do not assume private messages are private anymore.

Treat group chats and private messages as if they are being posted on your timeline with your real name and face.

No matter how funny some of this is, it’s never as funny explaining it to the police or in court (ask me how I know sometime). They never laugh.

The overthrow of the Assad regime in December 2024 enabled Israel to destroy Syria's military capabilities and the expulsion of IRGC forces by the government of Ahmed al Sharaa stopped Iran from resupplying Hezbollah in Lebanon.

Israel's 12-Day War punctuated by Operation Midnight Hammer in June 2025 set back Iran's nuclear breakout timeline by years, sabotaged diplomacy between the US and Iran, and allowed Israel to degrade regime and military targets inside Iran.

If Operation Epic Fury is short, then the US and Israel will have crippled Iran's navy, reduced its missile stockpile, and degraded its military and civilian leadership in preparation for a US-Israel backed uprising in the near future, maybe in 2027 at the earliest.

If Epic Fury is a long war then the US is probably preparing to deploy a ground force in concert with local allies in order to collapse the Iranian regime as part of the current military campaign.

The ultimate goal of all of this is to eliminate Israel's last remaining rival whereupon Israel will become regional hegemon over the Middle East, and the leverage that they will gain over vital trade routes, supply chains, maritime chokepoints, and raw materials will confer upon them the status of a global power.

This has always been the end-state which is the greatest threat to America. The genocide, foreign aid, "endless wars," political lobbying, propaganda, is all a means to an end and the end is a new world order in which World Jewry with its new capital in Jerusalem will become the seat of a truly global empire.

The DHS Shutdown is putting strain on TSA during a war with Iran when they called on every Muslim to take up arms against the United States for revenge. Seems totally fine, what could go wrong?
