What happens if you choose "Exit via OTC" for ATLA 🔷

Short answer: In September, the ATLA OTC Platform launches — you'll be able to log in with your BoostyFi account and put your ATLA up for sale at a price you set yourself.

OTC — short for "over-the-counter" — simply means the deal happens directly between you and the buyer.

🔹 What price will I get? You set your own price — there's no fixed rate. You decide how much you want for your ATLA.

🔹 Who will buy? Other community members and external buyers joining the platform — and the company is also planning participate as a buyer.

🔹 Can I be sure my ATLA will sell? It depends on a buyer accepting your price — that's how every marketplace works. But here's what you CAN count on: zero platform fees and payment in USDT.

🔹 Can I sell only part of my ATLA? The "Exit via OTC" choice in your account covers your entire ATLA balance — but on the platform, you decide how much to actually put up for sale: part of it or all of it.

🔹 What if my tokens don't sell right away? You're in full control. Keep your order open and wait, or lower your price to attract buyers. You can also cancel or change your order at any time.

📌 Keep in mind: unsold ATLA can still be migrated to ATQM later. But if you select Exit via OTC now and decide to migrate after September 19th, the migration rate may be different.

🔷 ATLA Migration: what happens after you choose? 🔷

There are four options:

🟢 Migrate to ATQM

Your ATLA is migrated into ATQM Main — the token connecting you to the entire ATOM ecosystem across AgTech, MedTech and Mobile. Your personal conversion rate is based on your ATLA purchase history — including how much you paid and when you bought your tokens.

📍 Important: your migration amount is based on the actual amount you paid for your ATLA, not the dollar value currently displayed next to your balance on the dashboard.

🟢 Stake

Your ATLA stays as ATLA and is placed into a staking pool. Think of it like a bank deposit: you lock your tokens for a selected period and earn rewards over that period.

Current ATLA annual rates:

➖ 12 months — 10%
➖ 18 months — 12.6%
➖ 24 months — 15.87%
➖ 36 months — 25.2%
➖ 48 months — 40%

🔹 Your rate is locked when you stake, and rewards accrue daily. Your staking rewards have a separate 12-month vesting period, which starts once your selected staking period ends.

After your staking period ends, your staked ATLA becomes available for OTC.

🔹 Currently, staked ATLA cannot be withdrawn or migrated before the selected staking period ends. In an upcoming update, you'll also be able to migrate your staked ATLA to ATQM, giving you more flexibility while your tokens are staked.

🟢 Migrate + Stake

Split your ATLA between migration and staking — you decide how much goes into each.

100% Migrate / 0% Stake = the same as choosing Migrate

The amount assigned to Migrate goes toward ATQM conversion; the amount assigned to Stake remains ATLA and enters staking.

🟢 Exit via OTC

This option sends your unstaked ATLA to the OTC path.

When the ATLA OTC Platform launches in September, you'll be able to log in with your BoostyFi account and list your ATLA for sale at a price you set yourself:

↘️ No fixed price — you set your price
↘️ Buyers can include community members, external buyers, and the company
↘️ You can list part or all of your balance
↘️ You can keep, change, or cancel your order at any time

A sale isn't guaranteed — a buyer must accept your price. If your ATLA remains unsold, you can still migrate it to ATQM later. However, migrating after September 19 may result in a different migration rate.

⚠️ One important thing: a vote and an action are two different steps:

➖ A vote is when you select one of the four options in your account. It records your current choice, and you can change your vote at any time before September 19, 11:59 PM ET.

➖ An action is completed in the Migrate tab — you'll see the exact details of your action and confirm it yourself:

• Migrate — how many ATQM you'll receive
• Stake — your rate and staking period
• Migrate + Stake — how your balance is split between migration and staking, the amounts on each side, and your staking period
• Exit via OTC — your tokens moving to the OTC path

🔷 Your personal ATLA-to-ATQM rate: how it works

Short answer: your personal migration conditions depends on your own ATLA purchase history and the amount actually paid for your tokens.

Here’s how it works.

❓ What does “personal rate applies” mean?

It means your ATQM amount is calculated using your own purchase history. Your rate can be different from someone else’s because you may have bought ATLA at different times and prices.

❓ What is the April 6 snapshot? 

April 6, 2026, 11:59 PM ET is the moment that divides your purchase history into two periods. ATLA was sold at a lower price before that moment and at a higher price after it. Each period converts at its own rate: $0.12 per ATQM for what you spent before April 6, $0.15 per ATQM for what you spent after.

❓ Is my current ATLA value on the dashboard used for the calculation?

No. Your migration is based on the USDT value you actually paid for your ATLA, not the current dollar value shown next to your balance.
If you paid using XRP or another currency, the system uses the corresponding USDT value of what was paid.

❓ What about ATLA I received for free?

Those tokens migrate too. Your purchased ATLA determines your personal rate, and your gifted tokens from that period convert at the same rate.

❓ Why do different people get different rates?

Because everyone's purchase history is different. Your rate comes from your actual purchase history and what you paid — it isn't a random number assigned to your account.

❓ Where can I see my personal rate?

Open the migration tool in your BoostyFi account and continue to the calculation. Your exact numbers will be shown before you confirm anything, including your average conversion rate and the amount of ATQM you would receive. The “average” rate reflects your different purchase periods.

📌 Keep in mind: this post covers your ATLA rate. JGGL, TEKI and IMBA migrate by the same logic — each at its own rate, based on its own purchase prices.

Exit via OTC is priced differently: there, you set your asking price and a buyer decides — your purchase history doesn't set it.

🏆 Season 2 Leaderboard: extended to September 19

We're extending Season 2 of the Leaderboard. The new deadline is September 19, 2026 — instead of August 31.

Why the change: Collective Pack purchases count toward your Leaderboard position, and their deadlines run through September 19. The extension makes sure every one of those purchases counts in full.

Here's a reminder of how the Leaderboard Bonus works:

🥇 Your tier is based on your total Leaderboard volume, including referral purchases. But your bonus is calculated only from your personal purchases.

Every tier you climb unlocks a bigger bonus:

🔹 1 tier → 10%
🔹 2 tiers → 20%
🔹 3 tiers → 30%
🔹 4 tiers → 40%
🔹 5+ tiers → 50%

⚠️ If you don't climb at least one tier by the end of the season, your bonus stays locked at 0%.

Example, step by step:

1️⃣ You purchase $10,000 during the season and climb 1 tier. Your bonus = 10% of $10,000 = $1,000 worth of ATQM. At the fixed rate of $0.20 per ATQM, that's 5,000 ATQM.

2️⃣ Later, you purchase another $10,000 and climb a second tier. Your bonus jumps to 20% — applied to your entire $20,000 in purchases for the season. That's $4,000 worth of ATQM (20,000 ATQM).

Throughout the season, you'll see your estimated bonus in the "Season 2 ATQM Bonus" column on the Leaderboard.

🗓 Season 2 now runs from June 23 to September 19, 2026.

Your final bonus will be calculated and distributed once the season ends.

There is no fixed selling price. Buyers choose the offers that work best for them, just like on a marketplace.
You can list part or all of your balance, and you can keep, change or cancel your order.

A sale isn't guaranteed — it depends on a buyer accepting your price.

📍 There is no OTC exit option for JGGL, TEKI and IMBA.

❓ What about the migration rate?

Staked tokens use the same migration rules as non-staked tokens. Your rate is based on your own purchase history — including how much you paid and when you bought your tokens.

The April 6 snapshot separates purchases into two periods:

🔹 Exit via OTC. It's not too late to choose OTC — the ATLA OTC Platform launches in September, where you list your ATLA at a price you set yourself.
🔹 What might change is the terms. The current migration rates and conditions are available only until September 19, 11:59 PM ET. After that, migration will be possible — but on different terms.

📌 Choosing to wait won’t make your ATLA disappear. It just means the current terms may no longer apply.

The ATQM P2P Platform — where buyers and sellers deal directly with each other — is planned to launch in September. You list your ATQM at a price you choose. Buyers pay in USDT.
