We've massively expanded the feature set for launch. Everything is built, tested, and fully operational.

Some of you have seen our placeholder on the App Store — that was there while development continued.

✅ Now the full version is submitted.

🔍 Since the update is so significant, Apple treats it as essentially a new product — which means it goes through an extended review.

This process takes up to a month, so the app launch is set for June 🤙

How it works:

👥 Users with Atom Circle or Atom Ring status can start a Collective Purchase for a specific package — with a mandatory initial contribution of at least 10% of the target amount.

💰 Anyone can join an active Collective Purchase — with a minimum of $100, up to the remaining amount needed to reach the target.

🔒 The token price for the selected package is locked at the moment the Collective Purchase is created and does not change during the process.

⏳ Each Collective Purchase stays active for a limited time.

🎯 If the group raises the full amount required for the target package, all participants receive tokens at the package's price per token — the bigger the package, the cheaper each token.

📊 If the group doesn't raise the full amount in time, tokens are distributed based on the highest package level actually reached — still a better price than purchasing individually.

In short:

Starting June 20 at 1:00 PM ET, new cliff and vesting periods kick in for all new purchases on BoostyFi.

Cliff: 16 mo (ends 23 Mar 2027)
Vesting: 24 mo

Cliff: 12 mo (ends 11 May 2027)

Cliff is counted from each token's TGE — not from your purchase date. These are fixed end dates.
