Today I had one of the most meaningful conversations in a while, I helped a blind student from my university and we ended up sitting together over tea while he told me his story and how he lost his sight. It made me realize how many simple things we take for granted every day without even thinking about them
What stayed with me the most wasnβt sadness, but his attitude even after everything, he still carried hope , Sometimes people go through the hardest things in life and still manage to believe thereβs light at the end of the tunnel, It also reminded me how important it is to be grateful for the small things we often overlook so start counting your blessings instead of your problems Life becomes better ... β¨

Hereβs my thoughts on a book Iβve been reading recently and really enjoyed it ....
The Giver is a short dystopian book , I really liked it because itβs not full of action, but more about thoughts, feelings, and life. It shows a world where everything is controlled and people donβt really feel much, and that made me think a lot about how important emotions and choices are in real life....
The story is kinda reflective Jonas the protagonist and the receiver of the past memories slowly starts to understand the truth about his world, and in the end he decides to leave to find a better place where people live with real feelings The ending is simple, not dramatic, but it stays in your mind...
Overall, itβs a short but deep book that makes you think about life in a different way...
Rating β¨:8/10
Would you live a life with no emotions , no pain , no real joy, no color, no love nothing.... just dull?
A movie is also adopted from this book feel free to check it out..

Fun anatomy fact I found while studying about muscle
During heavy breathing, muscles like the latissimus dorsi can actually help with respiration So after intense exercise, soreness around the side region can be from breathing muscles working harder too π

This is the muscle that gets sore like a stabbing sensation u get after intense run..
Something Iβve learned over the years is that you canβt make people stay in your life if they are meant to leave..
If someone is meant to stay, they will . If not, itβs better to let them go instead of fighting too hard for it.
People are like chapters in your life, just as you are in theirs.
They come, stay for a while, and sometimes leave not always to hurt you, but to teach you something about yourself, help you grow, or help you realize what truly matters.
And when their part in your story is done, holding on only makes it harder to move on
So Iβm learning to accept people for the time theyβre meant to stayβ¦ and to let go when itβs time.
