Using the lemon's "nose" as a reference point, cut two slits for ears, and a small one for the mouth, just enough to securely wiggle in a penny (too big and he'll drop the penny as he dries! bad omen!).
For eyes- clove buds, peppercorns, or any small dark seeds will do (grapeseeds are a good symbol of bounty).
For the tail- a whole bay leaf with no rips or tears, tightly twisted tinfoil, a short knotted string, a needle from your christmas tree, or any herb sprig.
Finally, for legs- poke in some matchsticks, toothpicks, or screws.

Keep your piggu in a dry area, mold will spoil your fortune!
