We are not powerful enough to stop racism but there is one thing we can do, stop being racist.

Life is indeed short.
If you want to smile, smile widely.
If you want to laugh, laugh loudly.
If you want to cry, cry soundly,
cause that will ease the pain.
If you want to give, give wholeheartedly.
If you want to hug, hug tightly to make them feel loved.

Perhaps, the problem is not the intensity of your love, but the quality of the people you are loving.

We can only evolve if we resolve the problems we face as humanity.

At the end of the day, when your bed calls for your tired limbs,
one comes to understand that the day is not meant to last forever and neither is this life, what matters is what we do with it and what we leave behind.

How to stay connected to your soul:
When something happens in the world that is wrong, don't try to move on with your life like is right. The voice within you that says, "This is not okay" is a direct call from basic goodness of your spirit. Pick it up. Every time. Pick it up. And stay on the line until you figure out how to help.

If you pay attention to the patterns of your life you'll realize everything always works out. Everything always takes you to a greater destination. You always grow and the things you think you can't survive you somehow divinely make it through. That's life. Always remember that.
