The idea that people share mental health issues for "attention" is poison. People die in silence every day. That attention can save lives.

Pain changes people.

It makes them overthink, trust less, feel worthless and shut people out.

When you start to miss me, just remember when you had me, I wasn’t enough.

Consider loving yourself based on your own standards. After all, at the end of the day it will be your reflection who's going to stare back at you in the mirror and not someone else's.
