showing emotions define weakness, as they say. you shall not shed tears or else you will appear soft. men are supposed to be tough and dependable, not a damsel in distress. you shall hide your feelings of loneliness, deal with it on your own.

it doesn't mean you're weak or soft, if anything...it reveals bravery for owning your emotions. and whether you appear like a vulnerable human being—there's nothing wrong with that. you have feelings and emotions, suppressing them wouldn't do you any good.
