Explaining yourself to people who only hear what they want to hear and refuse to accept your side of the story is a waste of time. Stop giving them the pleasure of torturing you. It's sad but you have to move on. Save your energy. Don't let them destroy your peace.
As you grow older you will understand that everyone, even the ones you love, are capable of doing terrible things when they are breaking and desperate to survive. It is during these moments when they most need your love and forgiveness.

Don't listen to your brain, don't listen to this voice inside telling you that you aren't good enough and you are a total mess no one would ever handle, ignore these thoughts because even in your worst days you still loved, you aren't too little or too much, you are enough, you aren't hard to love or hard to handle, people wouldn't be better without you, you are still worthy, beautiful and everything you think that no one would love about you is loved. You are perfect as you are.
