1 Timothy 4:1-5
Now the Spirit expressly says that in later times some will depart from the faith by devoting themselves to deceitful spirits and teachings of demons, through the insincerity of liars whose consciences are seared, who forbid marriage and require abstinence from foods that God created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and know the truth. For everything created by God is good, and nothing is to be rejected if it is received with thanksgiving, for it is made holy by the word of God and prayer.

A Maine-based business is avoiding possible disruptions caused by President Donald Trump’s tariffs and trade negotiations by doing business as usual.

Puritan Medical Products, a 500-employee business based in Piscataquis County, is expanding its workforce to meet the anticipated increase in demand for American-made medical supplies by making all their products in Maine
as they have done since 1919.

"There will be no tariff-related disruptions to the supply of Puritan swabs and other products,” said Bob Shultz, Puritan’s president and chief financial officer.

β€œPuritan remains bullish about the future and our ability to meet global demand for our many products,” said Shultz."

Way to go Maine.
