We’ve noticed that the Christmas Raffle rewards distribution has raised many questions. To save you time from revisiting old posts, we’ve compiled all the answers in one place. Please carefully review the information below.

1. Why haven't I received my NFT or $LUMIA tokens?

The rewards distribution will take some time (about a week). It’s possible that your turn hasn’t come yet, or we haven’t received your updated wallet address.
To ensure you'll receive your reward:
You needed to submit your wallet address to the bot within 72 hours of the winners’ announcement.
After the Shyft Wallet system migration, you needed to update your wallet address. Here’s how:
1️⃣ Log out and then log back in to Shyft to update your wallet address automatically.
2️⃣ Input your username.
3️⃣ Create a passcode to secure your wallet.
If you’ve done everything correctly, we’ll automatically receive your new address and send your reward after March 26th.
If you don’t update your wallet by March 26th, you will no longer have a chance to receive your reward.

2. How do I connect my wallet to the app?

You don’t need to connect your wallet to the app. Please refer to the previous answer for details.

3. How do I exchange my NFT?

You’ll be able to exchange your NFTs on the Lumia claiming portal only, which will launch after the updated game is released. Stay tuned for announcements on the official channel—we’ll share instructions soon!

4. How much will I receive in dollars for my NFT?

The winners will receive not dollars, but $LUMIA tokens on the Lumia claiming portal. The token price fluctuates over time due to natural market processes. The distribution was budgeted in January at the average exchange rate during the active raffle period (December 25—January 19). You can wait until the market downturn ends and exchange your assets at a more favorable rate.

5. I sent my $LUMIA tokens from Shyft Wallet to another wallet but didn’t receive them. What should I do?

When you send tokens to a centralized exchange, make sure that you send them to the Lumia network; otherwise the tokens may be lost. Please contact the exchange's support team for further assistance.

If you send tokens to another (non-custodial) wallet, such as MetaMask, you need to add a custom Lumia Prism network:

6. Why is the app still under maintenance?

Unfortunately, we’ve faced an unprecedented DDoS attack. To protect your data, we’ve temporarily disabled the app. But there’s no need to worry!
We’re currently developing a new and improved version of the app, featuring not only your favorite old functionalities but also brand-new features. All security issues will be resolved, your Bits and tickets will remain safe, and the current raffles will be extended. Just a little more patience!
