d. for premade items, dispatch will occur within 24 hours of confirmation. for custom works, the crafting period ranges from 3–7 days, depending on intricacy and current workload. urgent commissions requiring 1–2 days will incur a 2,000 IDR surcharge.

e. uphold courtesy and composure throughout all interactions. any display of impoliteness, demanding tone, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate order cancellation without refund.
