TERMS OF SERVICE

General Terms
• Completion Timeframe: I am committed to completing commissions efficiently. Basic style commissions are typically completed within at most 7 days, depending on the queue. Please note that complex or larger projects may require additional time. I strive to manage my schedule effectively, but delays due to unforeseen circumstances are possible.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are not offered once the final artwork is delivered, as payment is made after the work has been completed. Full payment is required to remove any watermark/distortion & give the fully cropped & cleaned piece. However, edits may be made after final payment to ensure satisfaction.
• Commission Acceptance: I reserve the right to decline any commission request at my discretion.
• Custom Requests: If you're interested in a commission style not listed on my website or promotional materials, please feel free to inquire. I am more than happy to discuss and accommodate requests.

Ordering and Work-in-Progress (WIP) Updates
• Communication Channels: For commission inquiries and communication, please contact me via Discord (@BlissfulChimera) or Telegram (https://t.me/blissfulsartgallery).
• Commission Details: When placing an order, please provide a detailed description of the desired artwork, along with any necessary reference images.
• WIP Updates: Upon request, I will provide unedited & watermarked WIP images for review and feedback. I may also send WIPs at critical stages of the project for necessary input.
• Artistic Process: Due to the physical nature of my work, in cases where significant changes are required it may be necessary to restart the artwork. This will extend the completion time but will not affect the price unless multiple restarts are needed. Additional charges in such cases will be determined on an individual basis.

Payment Terms
• Payment Process: Payment is due upon completion of the artwork but before delivery. Payments are processed through Stripe. Please provide a screenshot of the “Payment Complete” confirmation for verification.
• Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay through Stripe. No Stripe account is required.
• Sales Tax and Exchange Rates: Listed prices do not include sales tax. Be aware that fluctuating exchange rates may slightly affect the final price by a few cents. No refunds will be issued for such fluctuations.

Usage Rights
• Intellectual Property: I retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You may not claim the artwork as your own creation, nor make any edits without my prior consent.
• Usage Limitations: Commissioned pieces are for personal use only. Resale or commercial use of the artwork is prohibited unless a separate agreement is made.
• Online Sharing: Unless I have otherwise stated, you are welcome to post the artwork on public platforms with appropriate credit to me. In private settings, such as small groups, immediate credit is appreciated but not mandatory.
• Confidentiality: The artwork will remain confidential from start to finish and will not be shared with anyone other than the commissioner unless explicit consent is given.

By commissioning artwork from me, you acknowledge and agree to these terms of service.
