The dwarf mongoose and yellow-billed hornbill have a commensal relationship. As the mongooses forage, they flush insects and small prey that the hornbill follows and eats. The bird gains a clear feeding advantage, while the mongoose is largely unaffected, aside from a minor, incidental increase in predator awareness.

Through targeted media pressure, they aimed to scare off customers and force his surrender.
