To everyone who followed me on Gettr, I'm sorry to say that I won't be using that platform after all. I was given the impression that Gettr is a "free speech" site. But yesterday Gettr deleted 3 of my 5 posts about the Ukraine War, despite them not having graphic content. Gettr must have an algorithm that catches keywords like "Nazi" and deletes the posts. I later saw posts from other people complaining about the same kind of war news censorship - depending on the perspective that was being shared.

China has announced that its top offshore oil producing company, CNOOC, is pulling operations out of the USA, the UK and Canada. This follows recent US threats that China would face "consequences" if it tried to support Russia's economy.

China claims this is a defensive move because it has seen how the West has sanctioned Russia to try to hurt its economy and China does not want to have that same vulnerability.

But there is more to this story.

This is yet another step in the collapse of the US dollar as the world's currency. When the dollar loses world currency status that means that much of the global business that now has to be conducted in u.s. dollars will change to other currencies.

The lack of demand for US dollars will dramatically weekend the value of the currency and the USA will sink in wealth, and global influence.

Another reason for China could be taking this action now is because it has plans to take military action against Taiwan in the near future. The USA has repeatedly vowed to take military action to stop that from happening.

History shows that crumbling empires often lash out fiercely in desperation when they know their power is rapidly declining.

This is a new age of global conflict and waning empires in the face of a resurgence of a multi-polar world order.

The West has only themselves to blame for this.

Now I've seen it all. The latest Azov Nazi propaganda is that its Nazi-era symbol is actually the english letters "I" and "N" combined to mean "Idea of a Nation". You know, because Ukrainian nationalists (who are abusing Ukrainians for speaking Russian) love to use ENGLISH instead of native Ukrainian to form their logos. These Nazi apologists are quacks.

US intelligence officials push back against Joe Biden's false claims of genocide in Ukraine by Russia. Officials told NBC News that Russia's actions do not constitute genocide.

It is a foregone conclusion that Russia will achieve its war aims in Ukraine. The goal has always been to secure autonomy for the Donbass region and to return Ukraine to a state of military neutrality. Nothing is going to stop that.

Strangely enough, these were the positions of zelinsky when he took office in 2019. Zelensky initially tried to pull forces back from donbas. The neo-nazis and nationalists prevented that however.

He also initially supported the Minsk Peace Accords.

And since the 2022 war started, He has expressed acknowledgement that Ukraine will ultimately have to return to neutral status.

At this point, zelensky is simply implementing the recalcitrant will of foreign powers over Ukraine. He has abandoned his support for donbass autonomy and for the Minsk Accords. He has also backed away from saying that Ukraine will return to neutrality.

In order to get weapons from the West, zelenski has had to abandon his own principles and adopt the warhawk policies and positions of his Western Puppet Masters.

But zelinski has had the realization that the West has no intention of actually helping him win the war, which would require direct military support and not just weapons deliveries.

This leaves two paths for Ukraine. They can fight until the country has been decimated by Russia. Or they can acknowledge the inevitable and bring the war to a swift end, thereby saving countless lives.

Russia does not want to overthrow the government in Ukraine. It does not want to conquer the whole country or occupy the whole country to guarantee Russian rule.

What Russia wants is what Putin said from the beginning... which happened to be closely aligned with Zelenskys original positions.

As Noam Chomsky pointed out, you can strongly dislike hurricanes. You can protest against them and trash talk about how you will beat the hurricane when it approaches your doorstep. But in the end, when the hurricane arrives, you'd better get inside before it kills you.

Zelensky is the man on tv telling everyone to go out and oppose the hurricane while he sits comfortably inside a bunker.

Nobody mocks an MMA fighter who has put up a good battle but ultimately taps out because he is in an inescapable armbar and is about to have his arm broken.

Stage 2 - The cancer has grown, but hasn't spread yet. It is large enough to be seen, but still the Ukrainian society looked the other way.

Stage 3 - The cancer has spread. It infects the military. It infects the government. It has rooted itself all throughout society. It is praised in parades. It is glorified in youth camps. Still, the Ukrainian people do not address the problem.

Stage 4 - The cancer of fascism and ultranationalist extremism has metastacized. It is everywhere. Not even the president of the country can get control of the cancer that is in the military and government. He is powerless to stop it.

Since the start of the war, Kiev has recruited 6,824 foreign mercenaries from 63 countries to fight in Ukraine. 1,500 of the fighters are from the USA, Canada & Romania. The largest group was 1,717 from Poland. About 300 fighters from the UK.

Around 400 foreigners are at the #Azovstal plant that is now being bombed. It is alleged that Azov shot some who tried to surrender. Video evidence seems to support this claim.

Russia gave them a fair chance to surrender. Russia sent urgent messages to Ukrainian forces at Azovstal continuously throughout the night to surrender, broadcast on all AFU radio channels.

They were promised the same safety given to the previous 1,400 who surrendered. RU also fired projectiles containing instructions for surrender.

There have been many reports, including some from Ukrainian soldiers themselves, that the Azov extremists at Azovstal would shoot any soldiers who tried to surrender.

I guess that suicide is the ultimate expression of "Slava Ukraina".

This was a big day for Russia. Lots of successful strikes on AFU military sites, destruction of a logistics center in Lviv, liquidation of a week's worth of Western weapons, defeat of the troops that tried to liberate the nationalists holed up at Azovstal, plus territorial gains.
