Citizen journalism in Slavyansk. Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) use people and children as a "human shield". This video was made near boarding school number 2. Women are arguing with the AFU men who are preparing positions and laying mines around the territory.

6 out of the 7 people in my house now have fevers from covid. I'm the last man standing! But since I'm taking care of all of them, I'm bound to get it too. Yay! Anyway, my news posting will continue to be a little sporadic until I've got a bit more free time. 😀

Words matter. When we use the wrong words, we contribute to the creation of a false reality... People with testicles aren't women, for example. Misusing the word has led mainstream news outlets to claim that men have menstrual cycles and can give birth to babies.

Incorrect information leads to real world impacts, such as teachers being fired for not being willing to indoctrinate students with fad theories on biology. The further result are school systems brimming with teachers who present falsehoods without any opposition. An entire generation of kids grows up believing untruth to be truth.

So the words we use matters.

It is now popular to accuse Putin and Russia of carrying out genocide in Ukraine. Putin is not trying to wipe out the Ukrainian people.

Arguments can be made as to whether or not Russian forces are guilty of indiscriminately killing too many civilians in the process of fighting the Ukrainian military.

But the word GENOCIDE has a specific meaning. The evidence does not support the propaganda that there is an effort to target civilians en masse because of their ethnicity.

On the other hand we can see many videos that suggests that Ukrainian forces and civilian nationalists are targeting and killing people based on their Russian ethnicity.

There is no evidence of Russians expressing widespread desire to kill people people because they are Ukrainian. There is ample evidence of Ukrainians expressing widespread desire to kill people because they are Russian.

They are also also tens of thousands of examples in social media of pro Ukrainians expressing that Russians should be killed wherever they are found.

The consequence of falsely claiming that Russia is guilty of genocide include increasing polarization and hatred of the Russian people.

Also, the loss of perspective on the security reasons behind the Russian invasion is significant.

Claiming genocide dehumanizes and demonizes Russia. While war is sometimes justified depending on the circumstances, genocide is never justified under any circumstance. And that of course is the reason that the West is now accusing Russia of genocide.

Claiming genocide also absolves Ukraine of the responsibility of engaging in good faith negotiations to bring about an end of the war. There can be no negotiation with a party that is simply determined to wipe all of your people out of existence.

So the use of the phrase genocide by the West is intended to prevent any progress toward peace to be made through negotiations.

We should push back against the use of the word genocide in social media so that we can reduce the power of that propaganda that is intended to prolong and even expand the conflict.

Our goal should be to advocate for an end to the war as quickly as possible... before these maniacs drag the entire world into a nuclear holocaust.

Further evidence that the mainstream media is in bed with the US government as they jointly carry out a major PSYCHOLOGICAL WAR against the American people. CNN featured an interview with a poor, downtrodden evacuee from Mariupol who told the world about the evil being committed by Russia.

Except, CNN failed to mention a few important things: 1) Alina Beskrovna is a long-time US State Department asset, 2) She was trained by the US State Dept as a "future leader" 3) She collaborated with Secretary of State John Kerry and VP Joe Biden when they were actively helping to orchestrate the Maidan coup of 2014.

Even the smallest among mainstream media stations know that presenting such information is necessary to put witness statements into context. To not mention her long-time ties to the US government is worse than journalistic malpractice.

The US government is looking at spending another $750 million + on advanced weaponry and vehicles to send to Ukraine. We are running a massive national deficit. We have out of control inflation. Where does this money come from?

The crooks at the US Federal Reserve Bank, a private corporation that invests heavily in military industrial complex corporations, front the money which the US government accepts as debt that must be repaid by future generations of American citizens.

In the interim, the value of our dollars decreases due to the inflation of the money supply... meaning, the cost of sending all these billions of dollars in weapons to Ukraine is that working class Americans must spend more dollars to buy goods and services because the currency has been decreased.

Today we are seeing several regional conflicts escalate in the background of the USA's proxy war with Russia in Ukraine... just like happened during previous world wars. Algeria is now accusing Morocco of targeting civilians in a drone strike near the western Sahara. If the war in Ukraine gets a lot worse, it is likely that a few other countries will try to settle scores with one another.

Zelensky and his military bosses know that Russia is getting ready to wipe out thousands of Ukrainian soldiers concentrated in the Azovstal steel complex. And there is nothing they can do about it.

On top of that, Russia's move to encircle and trap tens of thousands of Ukrainian troops in Donbass is moving steadily forward.

GOOGLE, which owns YouTube and which provides ad revenue on hundreds of thousands of websites, is successfully controlling the public narrative on the war by financially punishing people who provide balanced perspectives.

For example, even if you present irrefutable evidence - including dozens of eye witness statements - of Ukrainian war crimes, you will be punished by:

1) having your content demonetized so that you cannot earn income,

2) your ads will not be approved for your business or other ventures,

3) your content will be suppressed and/or shadowbanned,

4) your future relationship with Google/YouTube will be placed in jeopardy and

5) you will be mentally/emotionally assaulted with false allegations from Google that you are committing acts of abuse against innocent people.
