⚠️ Новости по работе сервиса Rootz / Update regarding Rootz service

🇷🇺Друзья, мы видим отзывы о том, что у пользователей с медленным или нестабильным интернетом иногда могут обрываться загрузки. Я нахожусь в постоянном контакте с командой Rootz, и они подтвердили, что уже работают над этой проблемой.

🔧 Что делается сейчас:
Разработчики готовят обновление, которое внедрит систему «турбо-загрузки» (обработка внутри сайта) и, самое главное, полноценную функцию паузы и докачки (Resume). Это решит проблему с разрывами соединений. Из-за большой нагрузки и праздников внедрение немного задерживается, но работа над улучшением сервиса идет полным ходом.

💡 Временное решение:
Пока обновление в пути, случаи обрывов редки, но возможны. Если у вас остановилась загрузка:
1. Не удаляйте файл.
2. Сгенерируйте новую ссылку на скачивание.
3. Вставьте её в свой менеджер загрузок вместо старой (обновите адрес ссылки).
Обычно это помогает продолжить скачивание с того же места.

Мы ценим, что разработчики Rootz всегда на связи и готовы совершенствовать свой продукт ради нашего удобства!

Guys, we are aware that users with slow or unstable internet connections might experience interrupted downloads. I am in constant contact with the Rootz team, and they have confirmed they are already working on this exact issue.

🔧 What is being done:
The developers are working on a turbo download system (in-site processing) and, most importantly, a proper pause/resume feature. This will fix interruptions for weak connections. Due to the workload and holidays, there is a slight delay, but the issue is acknowledged and actively being worked on to improve the user experience.

💡 Temporary Workaround:
While these cases are rare, if your download stops:
1. Do not delete the file.
2. Generate a new download link.
3. Replace the old link with the new one in your download manager software.
This should allow you to resume the download.

It is very important that the Rootz developers are responsive and ready to improve their service together with us. Stay tuned for fixes soon!
