It seems the system shut offs are actually real and not circuit or server issues.

Restrictions on speed are being loosened already but not back to full speed capacity it seems yet. Musk couldnt seem to take the international criticism from other leaders hence hes backed down partially

It has come to my attention all these reports are just Ukrainian information alone. Musk or Trump have not said anything themselves about a restriction or shut off let alone a restoration of speeds for that manner. Some are already arguing this maybe a Ukrainian PR stunt to gain more sympathy. Such claims will remain unconfirmed and will wait for more information

🇷🇺 It is reported that Ukraine has effectively claimed to of destroyed between 3-4 Su-34M fighter bomber aircraft at the Borisoglebsk airbase in the Voronezh oblast with Neptune Anti ship cruise missiles. However some sources are now claiming that up to ~6 of the aircraft have been harmed in some way.

Two Su-34Ms are confirmed to be heavily damaged to a degree within the strike that occurred on Borisoglebsk airbase. If 3-4 have been allegedly destroyed it seems all the more plausible now considering the previous satellite imagery pictures
