With this the Houthis may deal the killing blow the Yemeni Government forces and its entire Saudi coalition if the city is to completely fall or be encircled entirely

Giving the correlation to the location and links it is either the usual Somali pirates or a tribal militia group from the Southern Yemeni coast. No harm or attack has been conducted as of yet
