It seems Russia may make this next series of combined strikes particularly powerful and large due to the Ukrainian UAV raid on the city of Moscow last night. Although Russia doesn't do direct retalitory strikes mostly or more so indirectly

They seem to be launching possibly Kn-23 ballistic missiles at Kharkiv if this is so

A gas processing plant has been targeted and hit in the city

2 iskander were used 1 with cluster munitions and 1 Normal in Kharkov

Based on recent Russian reconnaissance drone activity and previous targeting patterns, these are the areas of Kyiv Oblast at the highest risk for this upcoming combined Russian missile and drone attack.

But, in theory, any part of Kyiv Oblast could be hit. These are just the areas Russia has been most interested in scouting out, although its often difficult to differentiate between reconnaissance on potential targets and reconnaissance on potential air defence positions to find the optimal flight routes.
