- Work closely with the lead generation team to design and implement effective outreach campaigns
- Negotiate collaboration terms and contracts with leads, ensuring favorable outcomes
- Develop and execute effective sales processes
✅ Qualifications:
- 5+ years in IT sales, with a minimum of 3+ years specifically in sales closing positions.
- Proven experience in negotiating and closing diverse software development contracts.
- Demonstrated success in active participation at conferences, networking events, and conducting roadshows
- Advanced proficiency in English
- Excellent business communication and persuasive skills
- In-depth understanding of U.S. culture and specific communication habits.
- Result-oriented mindset, initiative, and independence
- Skilled in using CRM software and sales management systems
