Vine Money allows users can deposit collateral, mint vUSD, manage their position and pay off their debt, providing users a way to leverage their ROSE holdings and participate further within the Oasis ecosystem.
The Vine Money native governance token, $VINE can be earned from minting vUSD, managing your loan, or contributing to the stability pool. Holders can lock $VINE tokens into veVINE and vote to direct emissions and unlock additional incentive benefits.

We now plan to deliver the Testnet prior to the commencement of the Public Sale. That means, we expect both the Testnet and the Public Sale to be ready/concluded by the end of January.
