Think of it like this:
Your mind = a smart, lazy assistant.
Your will = the leader.
If the leader is silent, the assistant runs the show on autopilot.
If the leader shows up daily with even 1 command, the assistant adapts.
So the change looks like:
Doing what feels hard at first (waking up early, building, writing).
Feeling internal resistance (โnot today,โ โIโm tired,โ โitโs pointlessโ).
Doing it anyway.
Then โ your mind eventually adapts.
What was once force becomes flow.
