En su editorial del 27 de marzo de 2026, César Vidal analiza el origen histórico y étnico del sionismo y de los fundadores del Estado de Israel, cuestionando la idea de una continuidad directa con el pueblo semita bíblico. A partir de estudios como los del lingüista Paul Wexler, expone la tesis de que gran parte de los judíos ashkenazíes procederían de conversiones medievales —especialmente del pueblo jázaro— y no de descendencia directa de Abraham.
El programa repasa numerosos ejemplos de líderes históricos del sionismo y del Estado de Israel, señalando su origen europeo y el cambio de nombres como parte de un proceso de construcción identitaria. César Vidal sostiene que el sionismo surge como un movimiento político moderno, desvinculado en gran medida de la tradición religiosa judía y con implicaciones geopolíticas que, según su análisis, derivan en un conflicto histórico con la población árabe de Palestina.
Asimismo, aborda la crítica religiosa al sionismo desde el Nuevo Testamento y desde sectores del propio judaísmo, cuestionando su legitimidad espiritual y moral.
