🇷🇺🇺🇦 Le 5 août 2023 au soir, l’armée ukrainienne a tiré des obus à sous-munitions standard OTAN sur le centre de Donetsk, détruisant l’université nationale d’économie et de commerce. Par chance il n’y avait personne dans cette rue à une heure aussi tardive, et il n’y a donc pas eu de victimes parmi les civils.
