First: an activity list linked to notifications. If a notification is attached to a specific property, it will remain in that property’s history permanently.
Second: an information block regarding the rental status with comments from the company.
Resolving issues with properties:
– I commit to recording daily video updates on business days until the rental property issues are resolved and sharing Binaryx’s ongoing steps to address them.
Brief update on AWWA:
– We are in communication with the developer and currently at the final stage of negotiations. We will provide a resolution to the issue within a few days.
– Preliminary: rental payments will start in the near future, and we have managed to agree on more favorable terms.
Brief update on Bali Invest properties:
– The management company has promised to make the payment on October 7.
– We did not wait and sent a letter through our lawyers to initiate pre-litigation proceedings with the management company.
– We are planning to establish our own management company to handle such cases.
– From Thursday to Sunday, we conducted 10 interviews with potential candidates for the role of head of the management company, who will be able to react more quickly to similar situations and take problematic properties under management.
