– The management company has promised to make the payment on October 7.
– We did not wait and sent a letter through our lawyers to initiate pre-litigation proceedings with the management company.
– We are planning to establish our own management company to handle such cases.
– From Thursday to Sunday, we conducted 10 interviews with potential candidates for the role of head of the management company, who will be able to react more quickly to similar situations and take problematic properties under management.
