Slow night but we covered a lot of things! Thank you all for the great questions! I’ll be dropping our fib example in a moment

This is EURJPY. So in the photo you can see I have the fib tool plotted, this is on the hourly time frame. as you can see when price finally tops out and begins to retrace it hits our first level (0.382) and rejects. As you notice after rejecting it eventually breaks this level and moves to the next level (0.50), and continues to do this until bottoming out at the (0.786) level. The point here is that if you trade off of a certain retracement level and price comes back to that level again, the probability of price breaking that retracement level and moving to the next level increases. Obviously it can hit a retracement level multiple times but this is a probability game. In my opinion if you successfully trade at say the 0.382 level and prices comes back to original entry, I personally don't take that trade again, I wait for the next retracement level. This example is illustrated on the 1 hour chart but it applies to all time frames. Hope you find this helpful. Have a great weekend everyone! 🥂
