For now, this remains a relief move inside a broader descending structure. As long as XLM trades below the upper channel resistance near 0.20–0.21, the macro trend is still bearish. A confirmed breakout above that descending resistance would open room toward 0.23–0.25. Failure there increases the probability of another rotation back toward channel support.
