冒充老干妈员工与腾讯签署合同的三人被公诉

去年年中，腾讯总部所在地深圳南山区法院宣布，将应腾讯要求冻结老干妈 1,624 万元人民币的资产，因腾讯控告老干妈没有按照 2019 年合同支付广告费。贵阳老干妈公司随即发表声明，称没有与腾讯有任何合作，认为腾讯公司被骗了，它已经向警方报案。贵阳警方随后宣布，已经逮捕了三名伪造老干妈公司印章的嫌疑人，其冒充该公司市场经营部经理，与腾讯公司签订合作协议。警方表示，他们的目的是为了获取腾讯公司在推广活动中配套赠送的网络游戏礼包码，之后通过互联网倒卖非法获取经济利益。根据腾讯旗下手游 QQ飞车的推广信息，2019 年 QQ飞车与老干妈有过合作，并上线了老干妈相关活动。本周日，贵阳检方对三人 提起了公诉。

中国航天局通报，天问一号传回首幅火星图像，图中火星阿茜达利亚平原、克律塞平原、子午高原、斯基亚帕雷利坑，以及最长的峡谷—水手谷等标志性地貌清晰可见。报告称，2021 年 2 月 5 日 20 时，首次火星探测任务天问一号探测器发动机点火工作，顺利完成地火转移段第四次轨道中途修正，以确保按计划实施火星捕获。截至目前，天问一号已在轨飞行约 197 天，距离地球约 1.84 亿公里，距离火星约 110 万公里，飞行里程约 4.65 亿公里，探测器各系统状态良好。

關於Clubhouse跟其可能使用Agora服務的一些想法討論

以下聲明，受此條款約束的，不僅是使用Agora的開發者，也包含使用該開發者的產品用戶
並且illegal的定義，並非單純是Agora的註冊所在地（美國），而是包含了終端用戶的可適用法律
