የቢልኮር ሙዳይ አራተኛ መድረክ በትንናንትናው እለት "በለውጥ ውስጥ መምራት" በሚል መሪቃል በግራንድ ኤልያና ሆቴል በድምቀት ተካሄደ!
ወደ መሪነት በሚል መርህ የሚዘጋጀው ቢልኮር ሙዳይ የዚህን ዙር ምክረ ሀሳብ አሁን እየተለወጠ ባለው የቢዝነስ ዓለም ውስጥ መምራት በሚል በተለየ አቀራረብ በኤልያና ሆቴል አካሂዷል። መድረኩ በአመራርነት ላይ በሚገኙ እንግዶች፣ ተፅዕኖ ፈጣሪዎች፣ ጥሪ የተደረገላቸው እንግዶች እንዲሁም በቢልኮር ሰልጣኞች ደምቆ አልፏል። ኘሮግራሙ በቢልኮር በተዘጋጀ የዘጋቢ ፊልም ተጀምሯል።
የፓናል ውይይቱን ገራድ ሀጂ ሙስጠፋ አወል፣ ክብርት ወ/ሮ ሂክመት አብደላህ፣ ክብርት ወ/ሮ አስማ ረዲ በ ዶ/ር ቢላል ሽኩር አወያይነት በእውቀት እና በልምድ ያካበቱትን የአመራርት ጥበብ ለታዳሚው አድርሰዋል። በተጨማሪም በሰሞኑ "Best African Investor" በሚል ሽልማት የተበረከተላቸው ሼህ ቶፊቅ ከድር የህይወት ልምዳቸውን ያካፈሉበት ልዩ መድረክ ሲሆን የ AFLEX ኘሬዝደንት የሆኑት አቶ ዛዲግ አብረሃ ስለ አመራርነት ጥበብ ሀሳባቸውን አቅርበዋል።

ቢልኮር ሰልጣኞቹን አስመረቀ!
ቢልኮር የአመራርነት ስልጠና እና የምርምር ተቋም ላለፉት ጊዜያት በLeadership, Self-leadeship, Emotional intelligence and Summer camp ያሰለጠናቸውን ሰልጣኞቹን ዕለተ ቅዳሜ ታህሳስ 25/2018 ዓ.ል የቢልኮር ሙዳይ መድረክ ላይ አስመርቋል።
በምርቃቱ ወቅት የእንኳን ደስ ያላቹ መልዕክት ያስተላለፉት ዶ/ር ቢላል ሽኩር "እናንተ የቢልኮር ሰልጣኞች ብቻ ሳትሆኑ የህልም አጋሮች ናቹ!" በማለት ሰልጣኞችን አመስግነዋል።
በተጨማሪም ቢልኮር ተደራሽነቱን ለማስፋት የኦንላይን መማራያ ዌብሳይት እና የሞባይል አፕልኬሽን ፕላትፎርም በማብሰር መድረኩ ተፈፅሟል።
