π New year, new resolution and expectation. A fruitful town hall yesterday with the entire SG team and our remote team logging in from their respective countries!
The fact that our company has grown to 19 countries, deployed 714 tiny houses abroad, and now employs 102 people worldwide is astounding!
*We would probably need a bigger camera lens to fit everyone into a photo in the years to come.

π Another successful event in Taiwan to start year 2025 right!
Seeing so many eager and inquisitive people is always a wonderful sight, especially since it might be their first time seeing a physical tiny house.

π¨οΈ Interesting question posted during our webinar last night, which I am sure some of you may be wondering as well. The question "is our Tiny House winter proof?"
The answer to this is that we have tested our tiny houses for wind load, rain, and air pressure. All of them meet the requirements of AAMA -501. Our roof, flooring, and wall panels are all thickly insulated with mineral wool, which is an excellent heat-regulating material that keeps the interior warm on chilly days. Our double-glazed windows will be an additional factor. Its thermal breaker helps keep out the majority of heat or cold that seeps into the interior from the frame. Additionally, the window's double-paned glass retains heat and keeps it from escaping, keeping the interior warm. Lastly, our tiny houses deployed in winter countries would normally have a heater available.

π Are you concern that the tiny house that you have purchased would not generate enough rental income due to the lack of bookings?
Fret not! Unlike actual properties, our tiny house is regulated as a caravan and it is mobile enough for us to move it from one location to another if the original location is not generating enough occupancy. We want you to benefit from our programme just like we do!
