😍 Over the weekend, both of our co-founders, Dave Ng and Jeff Yeo, had the pleasure of hosting the delegates from the Global Sustainable Tourism Conference (GSTC) on a tour of our tiny houses on Lazarus Island. They got to experience firsthand how our tiny houses are helping to minimize environmental impact while offering a unique and sustainable way to experience Singapore.

At the same time, Jeff also had the opportunity to speak at the GSTC 2024 Conference, where he shared how our tiny houses are shaping the future of sustainable tourism by offering an alternative to traditional hotel accommodations.

💰 Since majority of the members here are interested in generating passive income, I am sharing more details here for our newer members.

Here are some benefits of owning our Reyes tiny house, which is available for SGD $90,000 [no additional management fees or hidden costs]:

With a two-year lease, you will receive 8% annual rental income, or $7,200 per annum [$600 per month]

With a five-year lease, you will receive 10% annual rental income, or $9,000 per annum [$750 per month]

*Opps! Did I not mention that you will get paid each month for your rental income? 🙊

🛖 Common question from the crowd which is also important for tiny house owners that has been with us for the longest time.. what is the lifespan of our tiny house?

The answer is 25 - 30 years, us being conservative, after the 10th year, we would suggest selling the tiny house to resale market and build a new one to ensure that the tiny house is in a proper state in which it would not affect our guests experience.

💖 New year, new resolution and expectation. A fruitful town hall yesterday with the entire SG team and our remote team logging in from their respective countries!

The fact that our company has grown to 19 countries, deployed 714 tiny houses abroad, and now employs 102 people worldwide is astounding!

*We would probably need a bigger camera lens to fit everyone into a photo in the years to come.

😍 Another successful event in Taiwan to start year 2025 right!

Seeing so many eager and inquisitive people is always a wonderful sight, especially since it might be their first time seeing a physical tiny house.

🌨️ Interesting question posted during our webinar last night, which I am sure some of you may be wondering as well. The question "is our Tiny House winter proof?"

The answer to this is that we have tested our tiny houses for wind load, rain, and air pressure. All of them meet the requirements of AAMA -501. Our roof, flooring, and wall panels are all thickly insulated with mineral wool, which is an excellent heat-regulating material that keeps the interior warm on chilly days. Our double-glazed windows will be an additional factor. Its thermal breaker helps keep out the majority of heat or cold that seeps into the interior from the frame. Additionally, the window's double-paned glass retains heat and keeps it from escaping, keeping the interior warm. Lastly, our tiny houses deployed in winter countries would normally have a heater available.
