just got the TFF waitlist email today, smidge bummed ngl, but honestly okay with it if I dont make it in. Theres only a month between it and FWA if I made both and that'd force me to choose one or the other. Will probably apply for TFF's artshow and enter some fancy journal covers, maybe a bag; and see about doing a small popup in the alley. Who knows! Also going to see about possibly applying to other, smaller closeby cons as well. Either way, looking forward to seeing yall whichever con it be ^^

Two collars that were completed last night! Whenever the time comes that I do another spiked sleighbell collar, may double the spike count for a more balanced metal decor look. Still happy no less, especially with these color combos 💚

Small update for those looking forward to commission apps opening soon! As you've probably noticed, said applications unfortunately have been delayed, and I apologize for that. The last few weeks have been stressful, causing me to have to set the forms to the side as a number of IRL things cropped up that took priority. As of right now, most of that has passed and I should be able to make time to optimize the form to a more manageable size in the near future. Those that have submitted forms in the past know how wordy and long it was. It's honestly been something that's bugged me for a long while. Not only do I plan to rebuild the form, but I'm hoping to add some new options (new decor choice and possibly harnesses? 👀) and better measuring guides as well.
Thank you all for your patience and support, truly. It means the world to me that I'm able to offer something that others want to see and wear more of. I cant wait to get to work with you on our next, exciting projects 💚

Here's what I've been working on this week as promised! Using the bracelet as a quick demo, I was able to practice a new patina technique and braided lacing. I'll be able to offer these decor options alongside the current options for future commissions and look forward to creating new pieces with these. It's going to be exciting!

Took the design I used on that bracelet and put it to use on a couple collars 👀💚 these are ready to be sewn together!
Also progress on the final custom collar from FWA. Straps are tooled, dyed, and painting has begun! The white is primer to turn these goo tendrils purple~

📣 A reminder for those looking to get off twitter, I have a Bluesky account! While I wont be deleting my twitter account so I can hold the name and have that history there, it'll be deprioritized in the grand scheme of posting art n such as it continues to degrade in.....everything lol.
I know people don't like moving sites and such, it's a hassle and can be hard to rebuild, but I implore you to try Bluesky out. It has video and gif functions, pinned posts, direct messaging, proper moderating and feed settings to make existing on there actually pleasant, posts dont get demoted for links and arbitrary bs, hashtags actually work, ✨ No Ads Clogging Everything ✨. The only thing it really lacks in comparison atm is locked accounts, and the devs are working hard on that. It's been a severely needed breath of fresh air these last couple years compared to the stress and toxicity that has inundated our senses elsewhere. Dont force yourself to sink with a ship, give it a shot. A fresh start, especially right now while traffic is surging, is a chance for even better things.

Got some tree spikes in some weeks back and finally playing around with them. The aged-pink & silver has some border tooling and small accent painted spots whereas the aged-green & brass is just the spikes. These will be getting liners tomorrow when I get back to work normally; just really wanted to get the spikes on this weekend.

All three of these collars are ready to be sewn up! Two centennial collars, one a more classic color combo of chocolate & silver, the other a more playful, but still elegant, earthen-skewed primaries. Custom collar is constructed and ready to go, going to be sewing the center emblem on to secure the D-ring and then attaching the liner. The blue pyramid studs and emblem's blue all have glow-in-the-dark blue paint added to em for a neat, relatively bright effect 👀💙
