This notification is to inform you that on April 30, 2023, the amount of work experience in Canada required to qualify for permanent residence under the Home Child Care Provider pilot (in which you applied) has been reduced from 24 months to 12 months.
This means:
You will no longer need 24 months of qualifying work experience.
If you already have at least 12 months of qualifying work experience in Canada, you can follow the instructions on our website to send us proof of your experience*.
You will still have 36 months after we issue your occupation-restricted open work permit to provide us proof of your work experience.

10 years ago, I set foot on Canadian soil 🇨🇦, a mix of excitement and nervousness bubbling inside me. I was here to study 📚which is Master of engineering , but the path ahead looked like a puzzle missing some pieces. While others worried about the challenges, I had a different thought: "Why not make things work out?" 💪🌟
Starting small, I got a job at gas stations ⛽ cash given for 20hr/week, learning that success doesn't come from taking shortcuts. It comes from hard work and believing in yourself. Those days pumping gas were like ….. 5$/hr
Time rolled on ⏳, and I changed. From the gas station, I transformed into EIT Engineer in training , facing big challenges that sometimes felt like mountains 🏔️ doing pizza deliveries, driving taxi on weekend three job at one time. But every time I conquered one, I felt a spark inside me grow brighter. It wasn't just about to Become Engineer; it was about my dreams and feelings woven into each step. After that I start Studying for Immigration Course at Ashton, and clear Immigration Consulatant Exam on my 1st attempt , best Student in my batch, with 100% Marks.
Balancing studies 📖, work 💼, and collecting money for fees 💰 wasn't easy. It was a real struggle 😓. There were moments when everything felt like it might collapse, but I held on. And that holding on, that determination, got me here. After being a student, I got a work permit ✅, and that was just the start of my journey to becoming a permanent resident 🌟.
Paying tuition fees was tough 💸, but I didn't give up. I turned that challenge into determination 💡 and eventually built my own business. 2017 I got in Immigration Field , it was not easy to became Immigration Conusltant when noone knows you in field , it like deer in jungle sounder by Loins,
Looking at my business now, I feel an incredible sense of pride 🏆. It's like looking at a painting you've poured your heart into and finally getting to hang it on the wall 🖼️.
Today, I stand as a proud Canadian citizen 🇨🇦, a result of years of hard work, not giving up, and always believing in myself.
Now, I'm a proud successful entrepreneur 👦, helping others grow alongside me. My journey continues, full of ups and downs 🎢, but every "Why not?" I asked myself has led me to where I am today. 🚀
So everyone If I can do this why not you, it is just beginning of your life lot more coming keep your self strong and keep moving 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) will continue to reunite families by accepting up to 15,000 complete applications for sponsorship under the Parents and Grandparents Program this year. On October 10, 2023, IRCC will begin sending invitations to apply to 24,200 interested potential sponsors, aiming to receive up to 15,000 complete applications. Invitations will be sent over the course of 2 weeks.
Due to the number of forms remaining in the pool of submissions from 2020, IRCC will send invitations to apply to randomly selected potential sponsors from that pool instead of opening a new interest to sponsor form. This is the same approach taken for the 2021 and 2022 intakes.

Tik tokers jump on without validating the information. I bet half of them not even know the meaning of the acronym MELT Mandatory Entry Level Training. Per Tik toker you can claim 50 points in Express Entry for Certificate of Qualification. Ontario Skilled trade says on their website "Because there is no certifying exam in this trade, Skills Trade Ontario does not issue a Certificate of Qualification". Skilled trade is managed by Ministry of Labour but MELT is provided by MTO Ministry of Transportation in collaboration with MAESD Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Development. Although both are provincial bodies. You can claim 50 points only if IRCC explicitly says yes it is possible. Yes IRCC has included Trucking 73300 under skilled trade but there is NO clarity on claiming 50 points. I believe we should not spread wrong information without validating it 100%. MELT was introduced due to road safety issues and complains.
