To ensure transparency in the food delivery process and improve industry standard, all couriers will now be required to register with the Food and Veterinary Service. This is an important step to guarantee safety and reliability for both clients and supervisory institutions.
Registration Process:
1. Download and complete the PR-1.1 application form.
2. The form and detailed instructions in Latvian and English can be found here:
- Application for registration and detailed video instructions. (Form name - Pieteikums tieÅ”saistes pÄrtikas piegÄdes kurjeru reÄ£istrÄcijai)
Submission Options:
In-person: Submit the completed and signed form at the FVS office. For addresses, visit the FVS website: https://www.pvd.gov.lv/lv/parvaldes.
Electronically: Send the completed form signed with an e-paraksts (e-signature) to the email address: pasts@pvd.gov.lv.
Important Note:
If the address provided in the application form differs from your declared address, you must include a copy of a document confirming your right to operate at that address (e.g., a rental agreement).

2. Formu un detalizÄtu instrukciju latvieÅ”u un angļu valodÄ atradÄ«siet Å”eit:

Reminder: There are only 3 weeks left to register with the Food and Veterinary Service. š
To ensure transparency in the food delivery process and improve industry standard, all couriers will now be required to register with the Food and Veterinary Service. This is an important step to guarantee safety and reliability for both clients and supervisory institutions.
Registration Process:
1. Download and complete the PR-1.1 application form.
2. The form and detailed instructions in Latvian and English can be found here:
- Application for registration and detailed video instructions. (Form name - Pieteikums tieÅ”saistes pÄrtikas piegÄdes kurjeru reÄ£istrÄcijai)
Submission Options:
In-person: Submit the completed and signed form at the FVS office. For addresses, visit the FVS website: https://www.pvd.gov.lv/lv/parvaldes.
Electronically: Send the completed form signed with an e-paraksts (e-signature) to the email address: pasts@pvd.gov.lv.
Important Note:
If the address provided in the application form differs from your declared address, you must include a copy of a document confirming your right to operate at that address (e.g., a rental agreement).
When using your declared address in the FVS registration form, no rental agreement is required.
Please register promptly to comply with the new requirements and avoid any potential issues in the future.
If the PVD informs us that a partner has not been registered, unfortunately access to the profile will be restricted until registration is completed.
