🟢 Tiks veiktas regulāras kurjeru pārbaudes: nolūkā pārliecināties par higiēnas prasību ievērošanu “Bolt Food” partnerkurjeru vidū, sadarbībā ar PVD plānots īstenot regulāras kurjeru pārbaudes restorānos. Pārbaužu laikā tiks novērtēta gan pašu kurjeru higiēna, gan arī piegādes somu stāvoklis.
🟢 Atgādinām par ar higiēnu un pārtikas drošību saistīto vadlīniju ievērošanu: lai atsvaidzinātu savas zināšanas saistībā ar personīgo higiēnu, piegādes somas apkopes un ēdienu pārvadāšanas prasībām, lūdzam vēlreiz iepazīties ar līgumā ietvertajām vadlīnijām kurjerpartneriem.
🟢 Atgādinām, ka kurjerpartneris ir atbildīgs par piegādes somas tīrību: dezinfekcijas līdzekļi ir pieejami “Bolt Market” veikalos Rīgā. Aicinām izmantot iespēju un, gaidot pasūtījumu, izmantot laiku lietderīgi un veikt kārtīgu piegādes somas apkopi. Bet gadījumā, ja piegādes tiek veiktas ārpus Rīgas, tad partnerkurjera pienākums ir iegādāties un izmantot tīrīšanas līdzekļus, kas atbilst pārtikas drošības standartiem, lai nodrošinātu, ka soma vienmēr ir tīra. To enhance public trust in food delivery platforms, Bolt Food, in collaboration with the Food and Veterinary Service (PVD), plans to introduce the following safety measures:

🟢 Regular Courier Inspections: To ensure compliance with hygiene standards among Bolt Food’s partner couriers, regular inspections will be conducted at restaurants in cooperation with PVD. These inspections will evaluate both the hygiene of the couriers and the condition of their delivery bags.
🟢 Reminder to Follow Hygiene and Food Safety Guidelines: To refresh your knowledge regarding personal hygiene, maintenance of delivery bags, and food transport requirements, we kindly ask you to review the guidelines included in your courier partnership agreement.
🟢 Responsibility for Delivery Bag Cleanliness: Disinfectants are available at Bolt Market stores in Riga. We encourage you to take this opportunity to effectively utilise your waiting time by thoroughly cleaning your delivery bag. If you are making deliveries outside of Riga, it is your responsibility as a partner courier to purchase and use cleaning products that meet food safety standards to ensure your bag is always clean. An example of an appropriate spray cleaner is "Frosch with baking soda, 500 ml."

Lūdzu, sekojiet zemāk norādītajiem soļiem.

Svarīga piezīme:

Important Information About the Requirement to Register with the Food and Veterinary Service 📍
To ensure transparency in the food delivery process and improve industry standard, all couriers will now be required to register with the Food and Veterinary Service. This is an important step to guarantee safety and reliability for both clients and supervisory institutions.

Please follow the steps outlined below.

Important Note:
If the address provided in the application form differs from your declared address, you must include a copy of a document confirming your right to operate at that address (e.g., a rental agreement).
Recommendation: Use your declared address in the form to avoid the need for additional documentation.

Registration Process:
1. Download and complete the PR-1.1 application form.
2. The form and detailed instructions in Latvian and English can be found here:

Submission Options:
In-person: Submit the completed and signed form at the FVS office. For addresses, visit the FVS website: https://www.pvd.gov.lv/lv/parvaldes.
Electronically: Send the completed form signed with an e-paraksts (e-signature) to the email address: pasts@pvd.gov.lv.

Important Reminder:
When using your declared address in the FVS registration form, no rental agreement is required. A rental agreement is only needed if the address provided in the form differs from your declared address.
