- Otrs uzbrukums notika Stirnu ielā 29, netālu no “Rimi” un “Tacito” ziedu veikala.

We have received information that couriers have been attacked by unknown individuals.

The attacks took place on Saturday, 13.04.2024, between 20:00 and 23:00.
- One attack took place at 44A Dzelzavas Street, near “Ezītis Miglā“;
- The second attack took place at 29 Stirnu Street, near “Rimi” and “Tacito” flower shop.

If you have any information about the victims or the attackers, please contact us privately via Telegram, or the support team via the app or at latvia-food@bolt.eu.

Please contact the State Police if you are threatened or if you are involved in a similar situation.

Informējam, ka saskaņā ar drošības noteikumiem Publiskās ēkās (Tirdzniecības centros, stacijās autoostās u.t.t.) ikviens bez pieskatīšanas atstāts priekšmets, somas maisiņi, potenciāli var tikt uzskatīts par bīstamu objektu, līdz ar to ēkas īpašnieks rīkosies atbilstoši - bez uzraudzības atstātās somas tiks utilizētas un nepieciešamības gadījumā tiks informētas arī tiesībsargājošās iestādes.

We received information from shopping centre Origo that several Bolt Food bags are being left unattended in the shopping centre area.

We inform you that according to the safety regulations in public buildings (Shopping centres, stations, bus stations, etc.), any object, bags, left unattended can potentially be considered a dangerous object, therefore the owner of the building will act accordingly - bags left unattended will be disposed of and necessary the law enforcement authorities will also be notified.

As well please do not leave your bicycles in the shopping centre Origo bicycle parking for longer than 14 days.

If you have forgotten your bike lock code or lost your keys, please contact Origo shopping centre security and inform them that the locks will need to be broken.

Over the weekend, on May 18 and 19, the traditional “Rimi Riga Marathon” will take place in Riga, during which vehicle traffic will be restricted on several streets of the capital, as well as on bridges over the Daugava. The most significant traffic restrictions are expected on Sunday.

Diemžēl, mēs vairs nenodrošināsim iespēju skaidrās naudas atlikumu novirzīt uz klienta “Bolt Balance” kontu. Tas nozīmē, ka Tu “Bolt Courier” lietotnē vairs nevarēsi norādīt, ka esi saņēmis skaidras naudas summu, kas pārsniedz pasūtījuma vērtību.

Lūdzu, kad vien iespējams, rūpējies par nelielu skaidras naudas daudzumu, lai Tu klientam varētu izdot atlikumu.

Ja ar klienta skaidro naudu var apmaksāt vismaz 50 % pasūtījuma:
Paņem no klienta attiecīgo skaidrās naudas daudzumu un informē, ka atlikusī neapmaksātā pasūtījuma summa tiks pievienota kā parāds klienta “Bolt Balance” kontā lietotnē. Šī parāda summa tiks ieturēta kopā ar nākamo “Bolt” pasūtījumu (neatkarīgi no izvēlētā pakalpojuma veida — ēdiena, kopbraukšanas vai mikromobilitātes).
Ievadi precīzu no klienta paņemto summu lauciņā “Saņemts no klienta”.

Ja pasūtījumu nevar apmaksāt vispār:
(Ja, piemēram, klientam ir pārāk liela nomināla naudaszīme vai pieejamā summa nesedz pusi pasūtījuma summas).
Informē klientu, ka neapmaksātā pasūtījuma summa tiks pievienota kā parāds klienta “Bolt Balance” kontā lietotnē. Šī parāda summa tiks ieturēta kopā ar nākamo “Bolt” pasūtījumu (neatkarīgi no izvēlētā pakalpojuma veida — ēdiena, kopbraukšanas vai mikromobilitātes).
Ievadi 0 lauciņā “Saņemts no klienta” un atbrīvojies no pasūtījuma.

Unfortunately, we’re removing the ability to add extra cash to a customer’s Bolt Balance. This means you can’t enter an amount higher than the cash order value in the Courier app.

If possible, please carry extra money to give as change.

If a customer can pay at least 50% of the order:
Collect the money you can and inform the customer that the rest of the order value will be added to their Bolt Balance as debt. The customer will be charged the next time they place a Bolt order regardless of the service (food, ride-hailing, micromobility).
Enter the amount received from the customer in the ‘Received From Client’ field.

If the customer can’t pay for the order at all:
(When a customer wants to pay with an amount that’s too high or can’t pay for half of the order).
Inform the customer the order value will be added to their Bolt Balance as debt. They’ll be charged the next time they place a Bolt order regardless of the service (food, ride-hailing, micromobility).
Enter ‘0’ in the ‘Received From Client’ field.
Dispose of the order.
