It genuinely hurts, when people use animals as insults or symbols of inferiority.
The above picture 'the donkey should be the national animal of Pakistan" as a joke, and what saddened me most was not the political mockery, but the disrespect toward the animal itself.
A donkey is one of the most hardworking, patient, and loyal creatures on earth. It silently carries burdens, helps humans in difficult terrains, and asks for nothing in return except basic care and kindness. Yet people casually use the word βdonkeyβ to imply stupidity or worthlessness, as if the animal deserves humiliation.
I believe this reflects a deeper problem in how humans view animals, valuing them only when they serve our pride or entertainment.
Making fun of a donkey is not funny at all; it only shows how easily we forget compassion for the voiceless beings who share this world with us.
People totally ruined the concept of Co-existence.
