Do you guys believe luck exists? If you ask me, it’s still one of those questions I don’t fully have an answer for. Yesterday at the ALX panel discussion, one of the guests (I forgot his name ) said luck is real. He said when you get something, it’s luck…
Thank you @codeandcoffee1 for the kind words. While we are on topic of CodeLeague. I hope everyone enjoyed the contest and was a fun event. As promised and announced as well during the contest. My friends mostly and I partly will be mentoring the selected team.

I’ll let you know how it is going here as well and if there are important things to be mentioned from the sessions that will benefit everyone.

Anyways congrats for the winning team of the contest and we’ll be contacting the selected team once we have everything in place.

Working from home today and tmrw as this week is also a long weekend 😁. Which means I’m also off on Monday but there is no trip planned this time 😭. If I find smtg interesting in this weekend, I’ll share it here.

The 42 Network is one of the most unique coding schools in the world. No tuition fees, no traditional teachers, and no need for a university degree.
You learn through real projects, teamwork, problem solving, and intense coding practice that prepares you for real tech jobs. It’s available in many countries and open to international students too.
Some campuses:
• 42 Bangkok — https://www.42bangkok.com
• 42 Paris — https://42.fr
• 42 Berlin — https://42berlin.de
• 42 Vienna — https://www.42vienna.com
• 42 Porto — https://www.42porto.com
• 42 Tokyo — https://42tokyo.jp
• 42 Seoul — https://42seoul.kr

What makes it comfortable is the flexible learning style. You learn at your own pace, build real projects instead of only studying theory, and become part of a strong international community.

Quick Question: Has anyone here worked on a micro service architecture project?
If anyone is interested in understanding system design, start with micro service architecture. Trust me it will pay off. I asked this question not because I don’t know it nor never worked on it. But the response from Dere is basically what the interviewers are looking from you during the interviews. Of course we’ll be asked a lots of follow up questions but trust me it is worth it. Specially if you’re uni student, highly recommend you to work on at least one micro service project.

The city was calm last week when they were PL winners except for the North London which is expected. But today geez man chaos. I saw one brave soul wearing Tottenham shirt 🙌.

OK the feminine side of me made me write this I remember when my mom’s friend say when I tell her I wanna study for my master’s , “ትምርት አታብዢ ባል አታገኚም.” I though this is ያረጀ ያፈጀ አስተሳሰብ but nah… some people still get uncomfortable when a woman is confident…
Today is a holiday and I’ve been active on tg in a while. Idk whether the place to give my opinion about this is here or not. But who cares, I’ll just say my mind.

I’m not going to generalise for every guy or man here. I actually like when a girl is educated and making her money. Almost all of my female friends are educated and make their own money.

I have my own personal preference of character which is unrelated to education or making money. Idtk making money makes them hard to date honestly. In fact I think it’s the opposite. Going through education and making her money shows that she has grit and character that I would like to see on my daughters one day.

But I also think I am not suitable for most of the girls and I don’t intend to. I just want to be suitable for the one whether she is educated or not or has money or not. I think it also the same in other way around.

Idtk you have to suit to every guy who wants an educated and money making girl, just for the one should suffice. And if things didn’t work out, I wouldn’t be blaming education or work.

N.B this is my personal opinion and might come from a place of ignorance 🙌.
