Сейчас у меня был настоящий эффект "Wow" с нашей приложении Alif Mobi. Нужно было оплатить доставку 219k. Открыл переводы, набрал номер карты, который продиктовал курьер на узбекском😇
Ввел сумму, и тут вижу, что средств недостаточно, ни на одной карте нет нужной суммы🙈

Подумал, что сначала соберу все средства на одной карте и потом переведу. Скопировал номер карты для себя, чтобы потом не вводить заново после сбора средств.
Но вспомнил, что команда добавила возможность оплаты и перевода с нескольких карт и эту фичу на этой недели в пятницу опубликовали в TestFlight для внутренного тестирования.
Не покидая страницу, нажал на выбор карты, включил тогл "несколько карт" и смог перевести 219k со счета 3 карты и ещё остатка кэшбэк карты. Делал скриншоты, чтобы поймать баги, но всё сработало безупречно и это было круто.

Огромное спасибо всем, кто участвовал в реализации этой фичи: от DRP до дизайнеров, продуктовиков и разработчиков вместе с QA 💚🙌🙏

В других приложениях этот процесс занял бы у меня минимум 5 минут, а с Alif Mobi я решил всё за несколько секунд. Вот это действительно Value added - добавленная ценность. Даже если p2p в Узбекистане стал commodity, то есть обыденностью, мы не только снижаем комиссию для клиентов, но и находим пути, как упростить жизнь людей на деле, а не на словах🕊🙏🙌

It is already 4th or 5th time that I come back to listen/read Good-to-great by Jim Collins. Each time I found different valuable lesson and try to integrate in my life (personal/professional)

Благодаря командной работе мы запустили оплату проезда в метро через приложение Alif. Спасибо огромное команде и DRP Мангуберды, кто взялся за проект и до конца довел.

Теперь пользователи могут не только избежать очередей, но и сэкономить на проезде — вместо привычных 2000 сум стоимость составляет 1700 сум при безналичной оплате

Как это работает?
Просто выберите метро в приложении, наведите QR-код на сканер, и деньги за проезд спишутся с выбранного вами метода оплаты: Uzcard, HUMO, Alif кошелек или кешбэк-карта.

Почему мы запустили оплату за проезд в автобусах и метро?

Это одна из повседневных задач наших пользователей, и мы уверены, что строим супер-приложение, которое помогает решать эти ежедневные потребности.

Что мы изучили перед запуском проекта?

Помимо глубинных интервью и отзывов клиентов, мы обратили внимание на значительный рост пассажиропотока в Ташкенте как в метро, так и в автобусах.

Метрополитен Ташкента:

— Общий пассажиропоток: в 2023 году ташкентский метрополитен перевёз 162,7 миллиона пассажиров, что на 26 миллионов больше по сравнению с 2022 годом.
— Среднесуточный пассажиропоток: в течение 2023 года среднее количество пассажиров в день составило 445,9 тысячи человек.
— Максимальный месячный пассажиропоток: в мае 2023 года метро достигло пика в 15,8 миллиона пассажиров.

Автобусный транспорт Ташкента:

— Общий пассажиропоток: в 2023 году автобусы перевезли 241,7 миллиона пассажиров, что на 62% больше по сравнению с 2022 годом.
— Среднесуточный пассажиропоток: автобусы обслуживали в среднем 662,3 тысячи пассажиров в день.
— Количество поездок: за 2023 год было совершено более 6 миллионов поездок на автобусах.

В первом полугодии 2024 года среднесуточный пассажиропоток достиг 724,5 тысячи человек, что на 61% больше по сравнению с аналогичным периодом прошлого года, когда этот показатель составлял 447,4 тысячи.

Кроме этого, система АТТО устанавливается также в регионах и уже доступно более 8 городах и регионах, и учитывая все полученные данные, проведенные анализы и глубинные интервью на поле, (помню как с Мангуберды ходили в метро Дружбы народов посмотреть как пользователи оплачивают за проезд и с какими трудностями сталкиваются) выпустили решение оплату за проезд и в метро и в автобусе.

Мы в Alif не только отвечаем на потребности пользователей в удобстве и экономии, но и активно способствуем улучшению транспортной ситуации в Ташкенте и регионах. Это полностью соответствует нашему видению создания платформы, где каждый сможет легко и быстро решать свои повседневные задачи — будь то оплата проезда, управление финансами или покупки с использованием карт и рассрочки

A Truly Inspiring Story of Faridmehr

Unfortunately, Faridmehr was involved in a car accident, which left him unable to walk and with a disability. He couldn’t imagine being able to work again. However, a friend of him suggested and he join an online course at Alif Academy. Faridmehr took the advice and signed up.

Two years later, he’s now working as a QA engineer at one of the banks in Tajikistan.

That’s how we in Alif, is trying to change lives for the better via Education

Hard times create strong men, strong men create good times…

I recently watched a documentary about inDrive and highly recommend it. It’s an inspiring story about building a value-driven, community-oriented company. Their journey and values resonate closely with what we do at Alif.

The story began when local taxi companies in Yakutsk started hiking prices, creating a sense of injustice. In response, a visionary individual created a simple group for his friends to save on rides. Instead of calling a taxi, members posted in the group, finding others willing to share a ride for a cheaper rate.

Within a short time, this group exploded to 50,000 members, becoming an ideal no-code MVP!

From there, inDrive emerged in Yakutsk, one of the world’s coldest cities. Founder Arsen Tomsky faced various adversities growing up, which shaped his vision. They expanded from Yakutsk to cities across Russia, then to Kazakhstan, which turned out to be an overnight success.

Their key focus has always been on people like them—those from humble backgrounds and underserved communities. This approach became a cornerstone of their success.

Arsen Tomsky’s vision emphasizes non-materialistic values, aiming to improve lives and address injustices. In inDrive, social impact and human connection are prioritized over mere profit maximization.

Educational Initiatives: Projects like BeginIT invest in the future by educating children in rural and underprivileged areas, cultivating leadership and IT skills for the next generation.

Employee Care: During geopolitical conflicts, inDrive showcased its dedication by relocating over 1,000 staff and their families, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Reinventing Capitalism: Arsen envisions inDrive as a model for reinventing capitalism by building a company that balances fairness, social good, and financial success.

Unique Ride-Hailing Model: Unlike traditional apps Yandex, Mytaxi, Lift, Uber, inDrive allows drivers and passengers to negotiate fares, creating flexibility and a sense of fairness.

Today, inDrive operates in 749 cities across 46 countries, with 240 million app downloads globally. The platform boasts around 15 million monthly active users (MAUs) and processes ~5.2 million rides per month, with a valuation of ~$1.23 billion.

They’ve even ventured into financial solutions, offering cash loans and credit cards for drivers, particularly in Mexico.

inDrive’s journey is all about creating good times for developing cities and underserved communities that have faced tough times before.

Found out useful material from Y Combinator, you might be interested in. It is for startup founders, but is so relevant for product owners/product managers.


Many products are obsessed with developing a product. And it is understandable.


However, it takes a lot of effort to give a product momentum, so wasting your time in developing of a product and automating processes that doesn't have momentum yet is not a good idea.

In the early days, it's not about developing but about creating all the possible momentum so that you can lift the product off the ground.

Don't obsess with developing a product, because there's no avoiding the hard work.

Embrace the hard work and you'll find your product growing faster 🚀
