Add a Video Message to Your Story
The Beta version of Telegram for Android now has the ability to record a video message over a photo or video before publishing a story.
The recorded “circle” can be moved around the screen, mirrored, and also trimmed by duration. If desired, you can remove it completely.
If a video message is recorded over an uploaded video, the user can choose at what point in the story the playback of this “circle” will begin.
