The Beta version of Telegram for iOS has redesigned the forums.
All topics are now displayed in a panel that slides out from the right edge. When a forum is expanded, a list of all chats appears on the left side of the screen, and you can quickly navigate between them.

Global Auto-deletion of Messages Option
In Beta version of Telegram for iOS, you can now enable “Auto-delete messages” in Settings.
After enabling, an auto delete timer will be enabled in all new personal chats, newly created groups and channels. It will not work in previously created or started chats.
There is to set exceptions for administered groups and channels as well as for private chats.

The Beta version of Telegram for iOS has the option to enable an aggressive anti-spam system.
From the information we have, Telegram plans to improve the anti-spam system in groups. Admins will be able to enable the new "Aggressive anti-spam".
To improve the algorithms, admins can report false deletions in "Recent actions".
Aggressive Anti-spam is available only for chats with at least 200 participants.
